Study carried out by GBS Finance on the investments of the Savings Banks

Institutions are having trouble with the sale of their shares in unlisted companies.

Pablo Gómez de Pablos, Director-Partner at GBS Finance, considers that the majority of the savings banks are paying for an expansionary policy, without having a clear investment strategy with respect to its sectors of interest or regarding the size of the acquisitions. “This impacts negatively on the effective management of the company’s portfolio and on the rotation of its contents”.
