OFF-CYCLE ANALYST

Job Description:

• Support the team throughout all stages of the M&A process.
• Conduct thorough research on companies and industries.
• Develop presentations and marketing materials, including company profiles, pitch books, valuation documents, and more.
• Assist in preparing financial models and analyzing multiples of publicly traded companies and precedent transactions.
• Aid in coordinating Due Diligence processes.

Requirements for the position:

• Final-year undergraduate students, recent graduates, or master’s students in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields with an outstanding academic record.
• Previous experience in investment banking or related roles in the financial sector is highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and company valuation.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Personal competencies: proactivity, teamwork ability, strong communication skills.
